I received the bag however the CIA Long Strap is defective as it is seen wrongly. As you can see from the photo, it cannot lay flat. The website is also not helpful for International Buyers. Information on customer support is incomplete and seems I can only call Internationally to request for an exchange. Please contact me to send me a new strap. TQ
