Hi, I made my order on the 30 April 2020, why is it only being sent out on 19May?
This is ridiculously late in despatching good. Normally this should be the time I received the bag in Australia, not the time you shipped from your shop.
In your website mentioned , shipping time is 5 to 10 days. What have you done to my order since I made payment on the 30Apr until today 19May. I can fully understand if the delivery been delayed due to the Virus, but it was not, it has not been shipped at all until 19 days later. Please advise why is this happening.
