Hi, I have bought the this item on 14/03/20 and received it on 18/04/20 as it's an international order from Singapore. The label is printed wrongly! This is truly absurd! The label on the front strap is printed on the inner side instead of on the outside. Today is 19/04/20,I would like a full refund or an immediate replacement for this item. Please take a look at the photos as per attached. Please kindly assist as I cannot find the Refund page. Thank you.
